Hello, my lovely friends. Hope your days are going good. Today, I am going to share with you all a very easy and simple multipurpose gel creme recipe that I have been using for almost 2weeks now and love the results. I posted a picture on instagram of this gel creme there, asking if you people want me to write about how I made this gel creme... And seeing your love and support I am here today, to share the recipe with you all.

                                   
                                            As  you people know that my skin is dry to combination and also sentive, so, I always look for skincare products that are more gentle on my skin but effective as well. So, I just thought making my own DIY Multipurpose Gel Creme which I can use without any bad effects leaving on my skin. Let's start with the ingredients i used in making fav DIY Multipurpose Gel Creme:-                    

1. Patanjali Aloevera Gel (2teaspoon)

2. Patanjali Saundarya Aloevera Gel Kesar Chandan (1 and half teaspoon)
3. Vitamin E Tablets (4 tablets
4. Vitamin A Tablets (5 tablets)                                                                                                    
(You will also need a clean container to store the gel creme)

Directions to make Multipurpose gel creme:- Mix all the ingredients well, so, that everything get mixed well to form the gel. And store in a clean container. This will last up to more than a week.

How to use:- Apply the gel after cleansing and toning your skin. Gently massage it in circular motion in your face and neck.

Effects on your skin:-  It helps your skin to repair the damage and rejuvenate, reduces the appearance of dark circles, doesn't give you any breakouts, very gentle on skin, lightens acne marks and spots and gives an even look to your skin, moisturises and gives nourishment to your skin, also protects your skin from sun damage and sun burn. It works as anti-ageing for your skin too.

* Why have i used aloe vera in this gel creme?
Aloe vera gel has two kinds of hormones Auxin and Gibberllin and these two hormones helps in healing wounds and also has anti-inflamatory properties. Aloe vera contains phytochemical and other nutrients which makes it one of the best natural ingredients to use for skin and hair. Aloe very contains lots of antioxidants including beta-carotene, Vitamin E and Vitamin C. Aloe vera is useful in treating dry flakey skin, eczema, dandruff and so on. Aloe vera has cooling effect and can be used as after shave lotion. Aloe vera gel acts as a moisturizer and doesn't make skin   . Aloe very supplies oxygen to the skin tissues and helps restore the pH balance as well. Aloe vera gel is ideal for all skin types. Aloe vera prevents skin from ageing and heals skin disorders. Aloe vers can treat sunburn and reduce stretch marks. Aloe vera reduces skin pigmentation, lighten skin and also it removes sun tan from skin. Aloe very gel helps to get rid of dead skin cells providing a gradient glow to the skin.

* Why have I used Vitamin E in this gel creme?
Vitamin E is a nutrient as well as a strong antioxidant. Vitamin E helps neutralise free radicals, protects skin from toxins. It helps treat problems of the heart and blood. Vitamin E helps in treating sunburn and protect our skin from sun and nourishes the skin cells. Vitamin E treats scars, acne and prevent wrinkles speeding up the cell regeneration which gives us younger looking skin. It helps our skin to retain the natural moisture content. Vitamin E makes dry dull looking skin healthy and fresh. Vitamin E has many health benefits.

* Why have I used Vitamin A in this gel creme?
Vitamin A is an antioxidant and is a flat soluble vitamin that is good for heathy vision, bones and other tissues in the body. Vitamin A  has Retinol which is good for vision and overall eye heath. Vitamin A helps our skin grow and repair damages in our skin. Because Vitamin A has Retinol which is an active ingredient, it helps to treat acne and other skin disorders. Vitamin A helps the cells to grow faster that brings fresh and more youthful skin more rapidly at the surface. It works as an antioxidant, protecting cells from free radical damage.

* How I use this gel creme in multiple ways?
I use this gel creme as serum, as a moisturizer, as body lotion when my body skin needs some extra care. I also use this gel creme after I come home from work as a soothing creme that helps my skin to calm down and refresh my skin. I have also tried using it as a face mask by adding some more ingredients in it which work wonders for my skin. I have used this gel creme as under eye cream and i am so happy to say that it has actually helped me with my dark circles. I have also tried using it as a night cream and can say its great as a night cream for any skin type. One last thing I want to say about this gel creme is that it is a bit sticky and oily because I have use Vitamin E and Vitamin A oils, but I can say you will not be disappointed after giving it a try once... so try it.
