Patanjali Kesh Kanti Coconut Hair Wash/ Hit or miss??

Review On Patanjali Kesh Kanti Coconut Hair Wash

Hello, my beautiful friends. I hope your days are going well. I am back with yet another review today... Today, I am going to talk about Patanjali Kesh Kanti Coconut Hair Wash.   Every haircare routine starts with washing our hair using any hairwash or shampoo to remove any oil, dirt or product build up in hair or scalp. My hair is kind of dry and damaged and also I am having a lot of hairfall lastly... So, i was looking for a hairwash that is specially formulated for dry & damaged hair with natural ingredients in it.
During, my visit to Patajali store last week I bought this Patanjali Kesh Kanti Coconut Hairwash which is formulated for dry and rough hair. I used the hairwash and after using the hairwash, I am here to tell you the truth based upon my experience, if this hairwash is a hit or miss for me??

Product name:- Patanjali Kesh Kanti Coconut Hair Wash
Product price:- Rs. 95/-
Net volume:- 150ml
Shelf life:- 24 months

Packaging:- The packaging of this product is not like regular hair washes or shampoos, it is more of like conditioners. The coconut hair wash comes in white colour flip open tube with designs of coconut and herbs made on it. The tube has flip open cap which makes it easy to squeeze out the product from inside the tube. I must say the coconut hair wash from Patanjali is very travel though the tube is huge.

Product Description:- A unique blend of coconut oil and natural extracty of Ghritkumari, Methi, Bhringraj and Heena with neutralize base, which cleanse gently, noursh and moisturize the scalp and experience hair soft, silky and shiny.

Composition:- Each 10 ml contains of-
                           Cocos nucifera              750mg
                           Aloe bRbadensis           500mg
                           Trigonella foenum-graecum  50mg
                            Eclipta alba                   5.0mg
                           Lawsonia inermis         5.0mg

Base material:- Aqua, Soft neutralize base, Sunflower oil, Diazolidinyl urea & IPBC, Sugandhit Dravya - Q.S.

Directions for use:- Apply 2-5ml on wet hair, massage gently for 1 minute and then rinse with water.

My experience using Patanjali Kesh Kanti Coconut Hair wash:- The texture of the hairwash is thick and creamy not like other hairwash or shampoo. The hairwash is white in colour and looks like conditioner more than any shampoo. It spreads very well on damp hair and foams well as any other shampoo does. The product claims to reduce dryness and roughness from hair and prevents from hairfall & improve hair shine. My hair is dry and damage and I do have hairfall problem. I used the hairwash and wash my hair as I do normally, but I can't see that the hairwash has reduced any dryness from my hair giving it shine and prevent hairfall. I have even tried this hairwash on oily hair but I can't see any results. I ended up having more dry hair and scalf and lot lot lot more hairfall then I had before and also frizzy hair so, I stopped using this coconut hairwash. I also asked one of my friend to try using this hairwash, her hair is dry but not damaged and she don't have any hair fall problems. She used this Patanjali Kesh Kanti Coconut Hairwash and my friend also ended up having dry hair and lot of hairfall. This hairwash from Patanjali has actually disappointed me.

I've used coconut oil in my hair before and it didn't do much. But maybe trying a creamy shampoo with coconut would be a little different.
